Rev AI

Rev is BoothRev’s built-in AI. It’s not a chatbot — it works in three explicitly-triggered stages, reading whatever a rep captured (notes, voice transcripts, card scans) and turning it into structured qualification signals and a personalized follow-up draft. Every role touches Rev’s output somewhere: reps read it on the lead detail page and decide whether to send its draft; Event Owners trigger it in bulk from the inbox; Field Marketing Managers define the scorecards it judges leads against (see Qualification); Admins don’t configure Rev directly, but it’s what their team’s export/CRM data is built from.
