You work primarily from the BoothRev mobile app. The app works without Wi-Fi, so a bad venue connection never costs you a lead.Your workflow at a glance
- After each conversation: Capture the lead. Use whichever method fits the moment — a quick note, a card scan, or a voice memo.
- When you have their email: Confirm it on the lead’s page. This tells BoothRev the lead is real.
- Once confirmed: BoothRev’s AI drafts a follow-up based on what you captured. Open the draft, check it reads right, edit if needed, and send.
- Mark it sent: Tap “Mark as Sent” so your event manager knows the lead has been followed up.
