For Event Owners

Your job is to make sure the event produces clean, qualified leads that sales can actually use. You set the standard before the event, monitor the floor while it runs, and hand off the data when it’s over. BoothRev gives you a single inbox for every rep and every lead in your event.

Your tools

You work from the BoothRev web app at app.boothrev.com. There’s no separate dashboard to find — your event inbox is the main screen.

Your workflow

Before the event:
  1. Create the event in BoothRev.
  2. Set the ICP, goals, SLA, and scorecard.
  3. Turn on the confirmation email if you want prospects to hear from you the moment a rep confirms their address.
  4. Assign your reps.
During the event: 5. Watch the inbox in real time. You can see every lead as reps capture them. 6. Fix problems as they arise: missing emails, duplicates, leads that need a note. 7. Import a badge scanner CSV if the organizer provides one. After the event: 8. Review leads with Rev’s AI analysis. 9. Handle any remaining duplicates. 10. Export clean leads to your CRM.
