Gallery and Your Notes
Two extra ways to capture things on mobile that aren’t a lead conversation — general photos, and a private scratch space for yourself. Neither one is processed by Rev.Gallery: photos that aren’t a business card
Scan is for business cards — it runs OCR and expects a card. Gallery is for everything else: booth setup, a whiteboard sketch, a group photo, swag, signage, anything worth keeping a record of.- Tap the Gallery button in the lead composer (or in a specific lead’s composer, to attach the photo there).
- Take a photo or choose one from your camera roll.
- Add a short caption.
- Save.
Your Notes: a private thread just for you
Above your lead list on mobile, you’ll see a pinned Your Notes row — always there, independent of whatever filter you have selected. Tap it to open a private, per-event scratch thread that looks like a chat: text, voice, and Gallery photos, in whatever order you add them. This is not a lead. There’s no Scan, Scorecard, Follow-up, or Meeting button here — nothing here is a confirmed prospect. Use it for anything you want to keep track of during the event that isn’t tied to one specific conversation: a reminder to yourself, a thought about the booth traffic, something to bring up with your event owner later. What’s private, and what isn’t
- Text and voice messages in Your Notes are private to you, always. Your event owner and Field Marketing Manager never see them — not in the app, not in any export or dashboard.
- Photos are the one exception. A photo you add to Your Notes shows up on your event owner’s Event Dashboard Gallery tab, tagged as “
<your name>· notes” — the same place every lead-attached photo from the event lands.
Where photos end up
- Event Dashboard → Gallery tab (event owners and above): every photo captured at the event, whether it’s attached to a lead or to someone’s Your Notes thread, tagged by source.
- Lead detail → Gallery tab (web, read-only): just the photos attached to that one lead. Photos are mobile-captured only — there’s no way to add one from the web app.
