Scorecard Templates
A scorecard is a set of qualification questions that reps complete at the booth for each lead. Templates let you define those questions once and apply them consistently across every event. Why scorecards matter
Without a scorecard, reps qualify leads using their own judgment. That produces inconsistent data. One rep marks everyone Hot. Another leaves intent blank. By the time the leads reach sales, there’s no reliable way to compare quality across events or reps. A scorecard defines what “qualified” means for your organisation and captures that signal at the source — while the rep is still talking to the prospect. What goes in a scorecard
Each scorecard is made up of questions that match your sales qualification criteria. Common examples:- What is the company’s current annual revenue?
- Is there a defined budget for this?
- What is the expected decision timeline?
- Who else is involved in the decision?
- What tool or process are they currently using?
Required fields
Some fields in the scorecard can be marked as required. BoothRev tracks data completeness: what percentage of leads have all required fields filled in. This metric appears in the event dashboard.Creating a scorecard template
