Billing and Plans

BoothRev offers four plans. You manage your plan from the Billing page in the admin panel.

The plans

Trial

Free. No credit card required.
  • 1 event
  • 2 reps
  • Up to 50 leads
  • 7-day duration
  • Events can last up to 3 days
The Trial is designed to let you run one real event before committing to a paid plan. Everything works the same as a paid plan within those limits.

Per Event

$999, charged once per event.
  • 1 event (up to 3 days)
  • Unlimited users
  • Unlimited leads
Choose this if you’re running individual events and don’t need a subscription. You pay once per event.

Monthly

$499 per month.
  • Unlimited events
  • Unlimited users
  • Unlimited leads
  • Includes a 7-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial ends.

Annual

$4,999 per year.
  • Unlimited events
  • Unlimited users
  • Unlimited leads
  • Includes a 7-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial ends.
  • Saves approximately $989 compared to Monthly over 12 months.

Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to Billing in the admin panel.
  2. Click Upgrade.
  3. Select your new plan.
  4. Complete the checkout.
Your new plan is active immediately.

Cancelling a subscription

  1. Go to Billing in the admin panel.
  2. Click Manage subscription.
  3. Follow the cancellation steps.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then, you retain full access. When the period ends, your account moves to a read-only state: you can still see all your leads and data, but you can’t create new events or capture new leads. Your data is preserved after cancellation. If you resubscribe, you pick up where you left off.

What happens to data when I cancel

Nothing is deleted. All your events, leads, notes, activity timelines, and exports remain available in read-only mode for as long as you have an account. If you need a full export of your data before cancelling, use the CSV export from each event first.
