# Qualification

Three layers define what "qualified" means in BoothRev, from general to specific:

| Layer | Answers | Set by | Where |
| - | - | - | - |
| **ICP** (Ideal Customer Profile) | What does a good lead look like in general — industries, company sizes, titles, geographies? | Field Marketing Manager (programme level), refined per event by the Event Owner | Event Settings → Event Success, per event |
| **Scorecard** | What specific evidence has to show up in the conversation to call this lead qualified — BANT, MEDDIC, or your own framework? | Field Marketing Manager, as a reusable template | [Scorecard templates](/qualification/scorecard-templates) |
| **Named Accounts** | Regardless of fit, did the *specific named companies* your ABM programme is built around actually show up? | Field Marketing Manager, as a curated list | [Named Accounts](/qualification/target-accounts) |

All three feed [Rev](/rev-ai/index): ICP fit and scorecard status are Rev-assessed outputs on every lead, and a Named Account match boosts Rev's priority call by one level. None of them are something a rep fills in by hand.

## How they combine on a lead

* A lead's **ICP fit score** (0–100) always gets set, with or without a scorecard applied. It surfaces on a lead only as a small fit badge next to the name — never as a raw number next to Priority.
* A lead's **scorecard score** only exists if the event has a scorecard applied — otherwise the event dashboard falls back to a priority-based definition of "qualified." Like ICP fit, it's never shown as a raw number on the lead itself; it only feeds the qualified threshold and event-level reporting.
* A lead's **Named Account match** is independent of both — a perfect-ICP lead might not be on any Named Account, and a Named Account lead might still score low on ICP or the scorecard if the conversation itself was weak.

Priority (High/Medium/Low) is the one number-free dial BoothRev asks you to trust — everything above is evidence behind it, not a second competing score. See [Reading Rev's output](/rev-ai/reading-rev-output) for how each of these actually shows up on a lead.
