# What is BoothRev

## The problem it solves

Every trade show ends the same way. Your team comes back with business cards, voice notes, and a shared spreadsheet. Everyone intends to follow up. But the next week is busy, the conversations start to blur, and by the time an email goes out, the prospect has already heard from someone else.

The window that matters is the first 24 to 72 hours after the event. That's when you're still fresh in the prospect's mind. Most teams miss it.

BoothRev closes that window.

## How it works

BoothRev is built around a simple flow:

1. **Capture** — A rep captures a lead at the booth. They can type a quick note, scan a business card, or record a voice memo. All three methods work without Wi-Fi.
2. **Confirm** — The rep confirms the prospect's email address. This is the step that unlocks everything else.
3. **Draft** — BoothRev's AI (called Rev) reads the notes and context from the conversation and drafts a personalized follow-up email. The draft references what was actually discussed, not a generic template.
4. **Review and send** — The rep reads the draft, edits it if needed, and sends it. Nothing leaves without a human in the loop.

That's the whole flow. It's short by design.

## The one rule

**Nothing is automatic.**

BoothRev will never confirm a lead on your behalf, guess an email address, or send a follow-up without a rep reviewing it first. Every step requires a person to take an action. The rep confirms the email. The rep triggers the draft. The rep sends.

This matters because the follow-up has to sound like the conversation. That requires a person who was in the conversation to stay in the loop.

## The two surfaces

**Mobile app** — for reps at the booth. Capture leads, add notes, set intent, and review follow-up drafts. Works offline.

**Web app** — for event managers and marketing leaders. Set up events, monitor leads in real time, import badge scanner data, review Rev's output, and export clean data to your CRM.
