# For Reps

Your job at the booth is simple: capture every conversation, confirm the email, and get the follow-up out while the event is still running.

BoothRev does the drafting. You do the sending.

***

## Your tools

You work primarily from the **BoothRev mobile app**. The app works without Wi-Fi, so a bad venue connection never costs you a lead.

***

## Your workflow at a glance

1. **After each conversation:** Capture the lead. Use whichever method fits the moment — a quick note, a card scan, or a voice memo.
2. **When you have their email:** Confirm it on the lead's page. This tells BoothRev the lead is real.
3. **When you're ready to follow up:** Tap **Generate Draft**. BoothRev's AI writes a follow-up based on what you captured. Open the draft, check it reads right, edit if needed, and send.
4. **Mark it sent:** Tap "Mark as Sent" so your event manager knows the lead has been followed up.

## Before you go to the event

Make sure your admin has added you to the event in BoothRev. You should see the event in your app when you open it. If you don't see it, contact your event owner.

Sign in before you leave for the venue. That way you're already logged in when you arrive, regardless of the connection there.

## Getting help at the booth

If something's not working mid-conversation, you don't have time to wait on an email reply. Tap the WhatsApp icon in the header — on the event picker or your leads list — and you're straight through to a person, not a ticket queue. Every plan includes this, not just paid ones.

For anything that isn't urgent, use the in-app support form instead — that one's email, and it's fine if the answer takes a few hours.
