# Index

# For Field Marketing Managers

Your role in BoothRev spans the entire event lifecycle. You set the qualification standard before the season opens, monitor the portfolio while events are running, and use the dashboards to defend the budget afterward.

## Your tools

You work from the **BoothRev web app** at [app.boothrev.com](https://app.boothrev.com). You have visibility across all events in your organization, not just one.

## Your role in the event lifecycle

**Before the event season:**

* Create scorecard templates that define how leads are qualified across every event.
* Set the ICP definition at programme level.
* Define required qualification fields so reps know what to capture.

**Before each event:**

* Work with your event owners to select the right scorecard template.
* Review and confirm the ICP, goals, and SLA settings.

**During the event:**

* Monitor the portfolio view across all active events.
* See lead counts, queue statuses, and early follow-up signals.

**After the event:**

* Review the event dashboard: cost per lead, SLA compliance, pipeline projection.
* Use the numbers to evaluate the event's ROI and inform the next budget cycle.
