# Your inbox

# Your Inbox

The inbox is the main screen for event owners in the web app. It gives you a live view of every lead in your event, organized by status.

***

## The layout

The inbox has three panels:

**Left panel — event navigation:** Lists your events and the queues within the selected event. Each queue shows a count of leads. Click a queue to see its leads in the center panel.

**Center panel — lead list:** Shows all leads in the selected queue. You can search, filter, and sort from here.

**Right panel — lead detail:** Opens when you click a lead. Shows the full lead profile, Rev's analysis, the activity timeline, notes, and the follow-up draft.

***

## The four queues

### Inbox

Leads whose email has been confirmed by a rep, but haven't been marked as sent yet. These are your active leads. This is where most of your time goes.

### Drafts

Leads that don't have a confirmed email address yet. These came in from rep capture and are waiting for an email. A lead stays here until someone confirms the email.

You can confirm email addresses from the web app too. Open the lead and click **Confirm email** in the header.

### Duplicates

Leads that BoothRev has flagged as potential duplicates of another lead. These need a human decision: keep one, merge them, or release them.

Duplicates appear when two reps capture the same person, or when a badge scanner import matches a lead that was already captured manually.

See [Managing duplicates](./managing-leads.md#duplicates) for how to handle them.

### Sent

Leads that have been marked as sent by a rep or by you. The follow-up has been dispatched. These are your completed leads.

## Searching and filtering

**Search bar** — Type any part of a name, company, or email address. Results update in real time.

**Filter pills:**

* **All** — No filter. Shows every lead in the queue.
* **ICP** — Shows only leads with a high ICP fit score (70 or above).
* **High / Medium / Low** — Shows leads where Rev has assigned that priority.

Use ICP and High together when you want to focus on the leads most worth following up immediately.

**New / Updated filter (Inbox only):** This filter appears when some leads haven't been processed by Rev yet, or have new context since Rev last ran. Toggle it to see only those leads, then select them and click **Process with Rev** to run Rev in bulk.

## Adding a lead from the web

You can add leads directly from the web inbox without using the mobile app.

Click **+ New Lead** in the top right of the inbox header.

If you include the email address when creating the lead, it's confirmed immediately and lands in the Inbox. Rev is triggered and processes it shortly after.

If you leave the email blank, the lead goes to Drafts.
